Refocus on study

A trigger can be as simple "as your fingers touch the chair and pull the chair into place, you will be ready to begin studying" if the command is repeated over and over within hypnosis and then combined with images of this taking place it will sink deeply into your subconscious mind and have the desired outcome. If performing on the day is a particular problem, you will be asked to imagine seeing yourself performing the exam on a TV or cinema screen. Feelings of calmness and relaxation from the hypnosis are induced as you go through the exam process, the more this confident and relaxed approach is imprinted on your mind it will reduce anxiety and help produce optimum performance on the day. Triggers such as touching the door-frame into the examination room can also be used.
